When OMNI opened its doors in 1976, the idea was simple: bring in the best people to help our clients cultivate their knowledge base and community expertise to guide them as they tackle their most vexing problems.

Since then, OMNI has grown from a small team working in a basement to a robust staff with diverse backgrounds in the social sciences (e.g., social and developmental psychology, public health, social work), specializations in quantitative and qualitative methods, and experience with community capacity building and working in diverse communities. All of us share a mission-driven desire to apply our skills in service of the public good.
