Danielle is responsible for HRIS management, benefits administration and employee payroll processing. She also is responsible for all aspects related to organizational hiring, and connecting with employees as they go through the onboarding process. Danielle manages IT and SharePoint related needs, as well as serves as Office365 administrator, always looking for new ways to utilize technology. Prior to joining OMNI, Danielle was Business Manager for Stepping Out, Inc., a group home for disabled adults in Minnesota. Danielle received her PHR certification in 2012 and her SHRM-CP certification in 2015.
