We do that by collaboratively guiding and supporting organizations through assessments of need, community engagement and coalition building, strategic planning and facilitated processes.

OMNI also specializes in offering programs that foster the socio-emotional leadership skills of the diverse community members and leaders who are critical to establishing and sustaining strong communities.

Our Learning and Development staff live and work in the communities they serve and have established relationships with community leaders, coalitions, and other stakeholders within urban, rural, and tribal communities. They’re experts in the application of adult learning theory and other frameworks to support workforce training and leadership development.
