Swechchha Tripathi (she/her) | Research Associate | stripathi@omni.org

Swechchha is a Research Associate at OMNI, engaged in activities such as evaluation planning, creating and delivering trainings, account reviews for prevention providers, and data entry for the Florida Prevention CPGSI, Envision:You Training Revisions & Rubric Development project, and Virginia Prevention Block Grant and State Opioid Response projects.

Prior to OMNI, Swechchha was a Foster Care Case Planner at Forestdale Inc. in New York City where she supported children in reaching their permanency goals of return to parent, adoption, or independent living. Swechchha also supported the University of Denver’s Human Trafficking Center by researching complex terminology for the Encyclopedia of Human Trafficking along with conducting literature reviews. She is also a Nepali interpreter with High Plains Language Services and an intern with the Denver Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs.

When not at work, Swechchha really enjoys taking pottery classes and finding new trails to walk her dog, Luna.
