Luke Saunders (he/they) | Research Associate | lsaunders@omni.org

Luke is a dedicated research associate with a strong background in public health evaluation and social science research. With expertise in coordinating complex evaluation projects, Luke specializes in data analysis, technical assistance, and the development of evidence-based insights that inform policy and program improvements. Their experience spans multiple sectors, including community health and economic security, where they contribute to impactful initiatives addressing public health challenges.

Luke holds an MS in Applied Social and Health Psychology from Colorado State University and a BS in Psychology and Sociology from Midwestern State University. Prior to OMNI, Luke worked for the Department of Public Health & Environment as an evaluation analyst and assisted with their chronic disease evaluation unit. A committed member of the American Evaluation Association, Luke brings methodological expertise and a passion for advancing research that drives meaningful change.

During his free time, Luke enjoys the outdoors with his dog and nerding out about data science!
