Liz Sielatycki (she/her) | Learning & Development Manager | lsielatycki@omni.org
Liz is a Learning & Development Manager at OMNI, specializing in community engagement, substance use prevention and positive social norming. She supports communities and organizations with strategic planning, training, and coaching. She is skilled in meeting facilitation, coalition capacity building, and youth engagement. Liz is passionate about blending social work values of dignity, self-actualization and social justice into public health.
Prior to joining the OMNI team, Liz was the Manager of Communications and Community Partnership for Rise Above Colorado where she provided statewide training and technical assistance for organizations implementing positive social norming campaigns to prevent youth substance use. She has also led a Communities That Care coalition in Chaffee County, Colorado to improve youth health outcomes and provided direct behavioral health services to Spanish-speaking families in Asheville, NC.
Liz holds a Master of Social Work degree specializing in Community Management and Policy Practice as well as dual bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Spanish Language & Literature. She is a certified Colorado Prevention Specialist II (2022) and Communities That Care Facilitator (2018) and has received Substance Abuse Prevention Skills Training (2021).
Liz loves riding mountain bikes and rock climbing with her partner and their dog, as well as joining as many book clubs at one time as humanly possible.

I was obsessed with musicals, especially Cats, and desperately wanted to be an actor/singer.
