Riana Roston (she/Riana) | Talent Director | rroston@omni.org

Riana is the Talent Director at OMNI and has been with the organization since 2021. Riana oversees OMNI’s internal talent and performance management initiatives, recruiting and retention, and overall organizational culture and inclusivity. Riana is focused on making OMNI a workspace where all its team members thrive and does this through the lenses of DEI, Professional Development, and Restorative Practice.

Prior to joining OMNI, Riana spent more than a decade working in the social work field and serving many diverse populations of people. Through inspiration from this work, Riana began privately consulting for social work practitioners and other professionals in positively developing themselves, their workspaces, and their communities. Riana connects most with OMNI’s core value of “Agility”, having lived the benefits of welcoming new ideas, a growth mindset, and flexibility, in real-time. She believes that agility will most complement her Talent work, as she moves to advance OMNI’s mission to accelerate social change.

Outside of work, Riana loves to consume pop culture and learn how to DJ/produce music.

At OMNI, I feel that I am challenged and pushed to reach higher grounds of thinking about how to work with and relate to people. It means so much to me that the staff is well and thriving here at OMNI and I am motivated by this goal.
