The Wend Collective partnered with OMNI to conduct a landscape analysis to learn more about the community in Aurora, Colorado: its unique characteristics, assets, historical context, relationships, and collaborations to build upon to address community needs. To accomplish this goal, an advisory group consisting of Aurora community leaders to guide the work was convened. With input from the advisory group, OMNI gathered information from community members, organizations, and publicly available information.

The following toolkit was created to ground all stakeholders in a common understanding of the community, and its needs, and to provide concrete activities and resources to support the development of a deeper and collaborative relationship than is typically seen between a community and a funder.
