Rachel Ball (she/her) | Director of Impact | rball@omni.org

Rachel is the Director of Impact at OMNI, partnering closely with organizational leadership to grow OMNI’s impact through facilitating new client relationships, investigating new markets and emerging trends adjacent to OMNI's core service offerings, optimizing the organization's positioning and messaging, writing proposals, earning media placements to establish OMNI as an expert in its field, and crafting marketing campaigns and initiatives.

With more than a decade of experience of various kinds in marketing and communications, growth, business development, advertising, and design, Rachel works to build thriving portfolios of impactful work here at OMNI, as well as nurture high-performing teams and develop the OMNI brand.

Before joining OMNI, Rachel led marketing and communications at a nonprofit serving vulnerable populations experiencing poverty and homelessness. Prior to that, Rachel led communications and corporate partnership activities for a nonprofit providing outdoor science and sustainability education in urban public schools.

Outside of work, Rachel loves trail running with her husky and experimenting with adventurous home cooking.
