Pitkin Area Co-Responder Team Annual Report (2023)
In partnership with the Pitkin Area Co-Responder Team (PACT), OMNI takes a lead role in data collection and oversees quarterly and annual reporting on information tracked for both of the program’s funding streams. As part of our role, OMNI analyzes and reports on dispatch data, providing insights into active calls and follow-ups when accompanied by law enforcement, as well as referrals to PACT that occur outside of the PACT team’s active working hours. This effort supports the PACT team’s ability to effectively manage and use performance data to enhance their program.
This report, covering January to December 2023, includes data collected through the program and analyzed by OMNI Institute to monitor PACT’s performance and outcomes. This collaborative effort involves Pitkin County Public Health, Mind Springs Health, the Aspen Police Department, the Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office, and the Snowmass Village Police Department. Funded by grants from the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration's Co-Responder program and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Harm Reduction Grant Fund, PACT tracks and analyzes data from co-responder encounters in Pitkin County.
