Nich is a Learning and Development consultant with a passion for cultivating leadership excellence across all career stages. With extensive experience designing and facilitating global leadership programs, Nich specializes in change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and holistic leadership development. His expertise in branding, influence, and mindfulness enables him to guide emerging and senior leaders toward impactful and sustainable growth.

Holding an EdD in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, Nicholas has also served as an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University, where he teaches courses on leadership and diversity. His career spans roles in executive leadership coaching, talent development, and education, including his time at the Center for Creative Leadership, where he designed and led over 60 custom leadership programs. With multiple certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt and MBTI Practitioner, Nicholas brings a data-driven, human-centered approach to leadership transformation.
