As Colorado Family Resource Center Association’s (FRCA) long-time evaluation partner for over a decade, OMNI is dedicated to supporting FRCA’s community-based initiatives through our comprehensive analysis and research. The recently released 2024 Annual Evaluation Report that OMNI produced for FRCA highlights the impact of 25 Family Resource Centers (FRCs) serving communities across Colorado from July 2023 to June 2024.

These 25 FRCs served nearly 10,000 individuals from 7,476 families to meet their unique and complex needs, especially in areas of basic necessities. The report shows that FRCs provided critical assistance to economically vulnerable families, helping many achieve stability in areas like employment, housing, and food security. Families demonstrated significant improvements in economic self-sufficiency, health, and protective factors such as social and concrete support, enhancing family resilience and reducing risks of child maltreatment. OMNI’s analysis also underscores FRCA’s commitment to equity, exploring how families with different economic backgrounds engage with FRCs and achieve varied outcomes, guiding future improvements to ensure all Colorado families can thrive.
