In 2023, the Colorado Department of Early Childhood contracted with OMNI as the evaluation partner for the Family Resource Center Program (FRCP). OMNI developed a five-year evaluation plan for FRCP with evaluation goals including a focus on data quality, understanding which families are impacted by this program, and measuring progress in family stability and protective factors. These goals help ensure continuous improvement and targeted support for families across Colorado.
