Capstone Treatment Center is a residential treatment program based in Arkansas that serves adolescent and young-adult males and their families. Capstone Treatment serves individuals struggling with a broad range of issues, including substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, problematic sexual behaviors, trauma, attachment disorders, and family conflict.

In 2021, Capstone Treatment partnered with OMNI to develop a retrospective study to better understand the program’s impact on client outcomes. Capstone Treatment intends to use findings from the survey to inform potential changes to program implementation and structure that will improve the treatment experience. This report summarizes findings of the retrospective survey.
