Boulder County Pathways to Housing Stability End of Grant Report
The Boulder County Pathways to Housing Stability (BCPHS) initiative, funded by a 5-year SAMHSA-TIEH grant, supports adults experiencing chronic homelessness who also have behavioral health needs in finding and maintaining stable housing. Integrating behavioral health treatment and recovery support services with housing navigation, the goal is to help clients move quickly into housing with access to evidence-based programs and services.
OMNI served as the evaluation partner for the BCPHS initiative and worked closely with the project leadership team to manage and report on project performance metrics and client outcomes. OMNI also supported ongoing and emerging evaluation needs such as qualitative interviews with landlords in the Boulder County Community to better understand successes and barriers with the provision of housing vouchers and the development of a survey to learn more about BCPHS participants’ perspective about aspects of case management they receive and the program overall.
