OMNI Institute seeks candidates for a Production Coordinator position with a passion for research and working with diverse client challenges and societal issues. In this multi-faceted role, you will provide support across a broad set of OMNI’s research and capacity building projects; provide administrative support to our executive research team; and provide additional office administrative support in partnership with our Operations Coordinator. This is an 18-month grant-funded position with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will build meaningful relationships with teammates across the organization, be highly resourceful and self-driven, and effectively communicate across teams and manage upward. They will have a passion for solving problems creatively and will hold themselves to the highest standards of excellence. They will be a strong communicator with the ability to ask precise questions and distill basic research findings.
We expect this position to spend approximately 70% time supporting research projects and proposals; 20% in administrative support of the senior research team; and 10% time supporting internal administrative functions.

An undergraduate degree or coursework with work experience in a relevant position.
Experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting a senior staff/team.
Experience conducting literature reviews and communicating your findings.
Experience with data entry in excel, SPSS, or similar platforms.
Strong editing, formatting, and proofreading skills with a close attention to detail.
