Vice President, Human Development
Melissa oversees OMNI’s Human Development Division, providing leadership on projects that seek to strengthen individuals, families, and communities, and the systems that serve them. Before joining OMNI, Melissa served as key personnel on a grant from the National Institute of Mental Health examining longitudinal associations between the quality of family relationships and children’s well-being. She is passionate about asking the right questions, collecting the right data, and using research and evaluation findings to improve social conditions.
