Emily is responsible for managing a range of projects with a focus on equity issues and culturally responsive services. She has led projects across multiple content areas including inclusiveness, diversity and health equity issues, family economic mobility, disability, disproportionate minority contact with the juvenile justice system, philanthropy in communities of color, bullying and prenatal health. Additionally, Emily serves on OMNI’s Spanish Committee and Equity and Cultural Responsiveness Best Practice Team. She has a passion for engaging communities in research and evaluation and translating data into potential action steps and opportunities.
