Cindy Vigil (she/her) | Research Manager | cvigil@omni.org

Cindy is a Research Manager, leading evaluation Technical Assistance teams supporting communities across various Community and Behavioral Health projects. This includes providing individualized support for the development and measurement of program outcomes, creating evaluation documents such as logic models, and assisting organizations with how best to measure those outcomes. The support provided builds the capacity of communities and states to continue their work.

Prior to joining OMNI, Cindy spent over 10 years providing and managing direct youth and family services at several Denver-area nonprofits which cemented her ability to be flexible, and the desire to always ask questions on how to improve services.

Outside of work, Cindy loves spending time playing or crafting with her kids.
