Bianca Gonzalez-De La Rosa (she/they) | Researcher | bgonzalezdelarosa@omni.org

Bianca is a Researcher at OMNI, providing technical assistance and delivering training content across the areas of justice, economic security, and behavioral health. Bianca supports capacity building, evaluation planning, and deliverables and helps tell the stories of Spanish speakers by facilitating Spanish interviews and focus groups.

Prior to joining OMNI, Bianca worked as a behavioral health provider in integrated health, where adapting to changing situations was vital to providing quality care. They also worked on research projects with Children's Hospital Colorado and the Kempe Center. Bianca grew up in Commerce City, Colorado, and is now a member of Commerce City’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission. Bianca received their Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.

Bianca loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking, rock climbing, bouldering, and expressing themselves creatively through drawing and painting.

Through providing Technical Assistance, I can see the direct impacts of our work to the communities that our clients serve. This is especially meaningful as our work revolves around EDI.
