Adriana Ariza (she/her) | Senior Research Manager | aariza@omni.org

Adriana serves as a Senior Research Manager at OMNI, specializing in Children and Families content areas. With a deep commitment to methodological rigor, she leads evaluation and research initiatives with the goal of strengthening and empowering communities. She is skilled in leading complex projects and nurturing positive client relationships. Adriana brings both content expertise in applied developmental psychology and advanced mixed-method approaches to her work.

Prior to joining OMNI, Adriana was an evaluation consultant and collaborated with many non-profit organizations such as Child Trends, Boys and Girls Club of America, and Anti-Recidivism Coalition. Through these partnerships, she often directed evaluation efforts and employed advanced quantitative and qualitative methodologies to promote organizational change.

Adriana is a member of the Society for Research in Child Development and the American Evaluation Association. She is also passionate about community organizing for a variety of social justice causes in Los Angeles

In her spare time, Adriana enjoys cooking and baking sweet treats. She also was born with a travel bug and tries to explore new places as often as possible.

One of my favorite feminist thinkers, adrienne marie brown, once said ‘how do we take responsibility for imagining (or even reimaging) the future’ and I believe culturally responsive, methodologically rigorous, and strong community partnerships can do just that.
